Litton Mill is a beautiful converted former watermill located right in the heart of the Peak District national park, minutes walk from the Monsal Trail. The apartment has been recently renovated and features a stunning 640 sq ft open plan living, dining room and kitchen area as well as two large ensuite bedrooms each having super king beds (which can be turned into two single beds if required) with an additional pullout small single bed in each room. The space A beautiful former watermill, our apartment is on the top (second) floor of this historic building which is located down a beautiful lane that follows the River Wye till you come to the small hamlet of mill cottages and the mill itself. The open plan living, dining and kitchen is 640 square ft (60 sqm) with 3 metre high ceilings and large windows giving a unique space to relax, eat and enjoy. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge freezer, cooker, microwave, hobs, dishwasher, wine fridge and washing machine. The living room features two large sofas and an armchair, an electric fire and has a smart TV. The large bedrooms feature the same high ceilings and large windows and each have beds that are super kings or can be split to make two single beds. Each has it's own ensuite, one of which has a bath and shower, the other a shower, both have toilets, sinks, mirrors and towel radiators. The historic property has parking right outside the entrance as well as secure underground parking for one car + bike rack to lock bikes . The large hallway in the apartment features a bench, coat hooks, boot storage and an additional toilet. Around the area are beautiful villages, great pubs and local amenities. The Monsal Trail is a couple of minutes walk from your front door and a short walk up to the lane will bring you to The Anglers Rest pub which serves great food and drinks.
