Guest access Access to entire home. Other things to note This neighborhood is very sensitive to noise and will not hesitate to contact code enforcement. Please be respectful of them to avoid any potential fines or citations from the city. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system inside and outside of the home to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). There is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house. Removing the decibel monitor and/or security cameras will result in a full security deposit loss. We participate in Big Bear’s “Good Neighbor Program.” This is a family home in a private and quiet neighborhood. We have pledged that our tenants will abide by our rental agreement & will respect the neighbor’s right to “quiet enjoyment” from 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Disturbing the peace is a City Ordinance Violation. Please be respectful due to sound traveling in the mountains. Do not use the barbecue after 10:00 PM. Failure to comply with these rules may result in expulsion from the property with no refund and additional fines from the City of Big Bear. The Pickleball Court can only be used between the hours of 9am and 5pm. By signing this agreement, you, the guest, agree to only use the pickleball court between 9am and 5pm. Indemnity. The owners of the home located at 43601 Bow Canyon, Big Bear Lake, Ca. shall not be liable for any property damages, injury or death to the Tenants or tenant’s guests that comes to the home during the rental term and after the rental terms until all tenants and guests have fully vacated the premises. Upon signing the rental agreement, the tenant agrees to indemnify, defend and hold the homeowners harmless from any claims for damages, injury or death, except for those caused by the sole or active negligence or unlawful conduct of the homeowners. This indemnity agreement includes the use of the home, pickleball court, hot tub, putting green and any other activities the home has to offer. IT IS UNDERSTOOD THAT THE EXTERIOR SURFACES OF THE HOME CAN BE WET, ICY, SNOWY, AND SLIPPERY. It is the sole responsibility of the tenant to identify any such hazards and make all guests aware of these hazards and indemnify, defend and hold harmless the homeowners for any slip and fall claims that may occur.
