Cozy bedroom # 1 in fast-paced central Brooklyn

This comfy bedroom is 1 of 4 individual rooms on the 3rd floor of a private apt building located just minutes away from Maimonides (10min walk) or NYU Brooklyn (27min train) Hospital, Industry City & plenty of local NY style restaurants. The room has independent AC and central heating with two independent beds and private study table. The room shares a bathroom with other occupying guests as well as a fully stocked kitchen. Check in time is flexible and an outdoor lockbox contains the room key. The space This room is considered as one, if not the biggest room available here with plenty of space and room to unpack your suitcase. You may or may not be sharing space with other guests so be mindful of this and do not book if this might present an issue. Guest access Guests will have full access to the bathroom but please be mindful as to not throw excessive amounts of toilet paper down the drain and to clean if you make a mess since other guests might need to use the bathroom thereafter. The kitchen is also available for use and contains a fully functional microwave, toaster, pots, pans and necessary utensils. The room is on the 3rd floor and can create an issue for those unable to easily use the stairs. Check-in is after 2:00pm but accommodations can be made for early bag drop off if needed. As a disclosure, security cameras are located in the hall and kitchen. During your stay Always busy but at the same time always available for you. Members of my family may welcome you: Miss Palacio. Augusto and Maria. Other things to note Very quiet and clean apartment. We may have more guests that you may or may not meet. We may charge an extra $20 for the use of the kitchen and we will only change beddings every 2 weeks for guest staying for a month or longer. There will be a $15 charge if you want the beddings changed weekly. The check in to the room is after 2:00pm but l’ll let you check your bags in in the living room and for you to go out and come back In the afternoon once the room is ready. Even though it all depends on if the guests that was there check out early and we can clean early the room for you.
