Our private basement apartment has its own separate entrance with one bedroom, a very spacious living room, bathroom, and laundry room. We have a mini-fridge & microwave oven, along with coffee/tea, etc. Television in bedroom and living room. All guests must have their gov ID verified and have a clear profile pic.
