Bedroom 1 has king bed, TV, and dresser. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and dresser. Bedroom 3 has full size bed and futon. There is washer and dryer for guest use. Discounts for monthly rentals. The space You will have access to the entire house, deck and backyard. Deck is the jewel of the house with nice view. Area is in a quiet neighborhood. Has off-street a parking. There is no apartments or motels nearby. CLEANING: Please keep house clean as it was. Please pick up kleenex, socks, dog treats, food from under furniture and bed. Guest access Whole house and yard. Yard has small pen for dog, but dog could have the whole yard as it fenced. Short drive to Albertsons and Walgreens. There is space for two cars. There is on-street parking, on this quiet street. Its not on an arterial street. Other things to note I allow pets if they are well behave and potty-trained. There will be a $100 fee for pet cleaning. Based on experience, there is always extra cleaning cost that I incurred for guest with pets, no matter how much they assured me they were house-trained. Please do not allow pets on beds. Utilities and high speed internet included. Extra blankets in closets and wicker storage chest. Please do not move furniture. If you must, then place it everything where it was, such as tv.
