One or two people for the base rate of $138 (158 on some occasions, see calendar ) Richly restored environment with high ceilings, original wood and re-tiled marble floors, crown moulding, wood blinds and soothing colors. Eclectic furnishings blending vintage, victorian, and retro. Microwave, fridge, Tea/coffee makers. Shopping, historic sites, parks, museums, Riverwalk, variety of architecture in buildings and homes, wine tastings and micro-brewery, all near by, within walking distance. Marshall OverNight Stays is a place we'd like to stay when traveling. It's private, centrally located, secure, mechanically updated, safe, interesting to be in, and a place with open spaces to set travel bags. We enjoy having a private space when we get-away, so we do not enter the apartment for housekeeping, etc. while guests are there unless guests have requests or needs (which we are happy to tend to). MONS has the advantage of being right on Marshall's main street. So you can park your car (free, camera-monitored parking structure right next to our building ) and enjoy exploring this vibrant, historic small town. Built in1865 as the Perrin Bank, our corner building still has impressive features, such as 15 ft. ceilings and sand stone & limestone facade. The OverNight Stay had the honor of being featured on the 49th Marshall Historic Home Tour, and our building's first floor was the featured business on the Marshall Historical Society's 50th Home Tour! After years of restoring it, we believe it is indeed one of the most beautiful business locations in Marshall. It is next to a movie theater and near restaurants, so good food and an inexpensive movie are right out your door. It's down the street from many shops and more restaurants, including Schuler's, Grand River Brewery, Copper Bar, and a short walk to the famous Dark Horse Brewery...which is very convenient. FYI *This is a second floor accommodation. An outside stairway with a long flight of steps leads to a private balcony and the private suite. *Located right on Marshall's bustling, busy Michigan Ave. *No TV/cable but yes, there is WIFI *No smoking *No pets *Reserved for adults Guest access The suites private balcony is a great sitting area, watching the life of downtown Marshall go by below. Other things to note There is free parking in a monitored structure behind our building.
