River Sweet is centrally located between Annapolis, (16 minutes/8.2 miles), Baltimore (27 minutes/22.7 miles), and Washington D.C. (43 minutes/35.6 miles) for fun excursions, and the neighborhood mini mart and restaurant (3 minutes/1.1 miles) are great for a last minute grocery need or bite to eat. At River Sweet, you have your own private apartment, driveway, and entrance, with a spacious living room; large working desk; eat-in, stocked full kitchen; large bedroom and closet; full bath; washer and dryer. Outdoors, there are two sets of chairs for your use. One set is located next to your front door, and the other is located by the cascading pond. For longer stays, you have your own mailbox and mailing address. Guests have privileges to use the beach and playground areas at their own risk. We are available to help you with anything you need, but will give you complete privacy. Our neighborhood is nestled on a private peninsula. It is safe and beautiful. Walking in the neighborhood yields beautiful views of both the Little Round Bay and the Severn River. The community beach is located just a short walk down our front road. There is a community mini mart and restaurant close by and we are centrally located to fun excursion in Baltimore, Annapolis, and Washington, D.C. River Suite has its own driveway and parking area with private, direct access to the apartment. Uber, Lyft, and taxis are available, if needed. We provide a list of restaurants and events in the area as well as Annapolis magazines to get a flavor for the area. Metro line is 10 minutes away. To help make your River Sweet stay comfortable, we provide a continental breakfast for your first morning, a pure water (instant hot and ice cold) dispenser, decaf and caffeinated coffee, assorted teas and tea pot, honey, creamer, and sugar. The refrigerator is stocked with butter and everyday condiments, and the pantry hosts popcorn for movie time, as well as pancake mix, syrup, and oatmeal. Cookware, dinnerware, spices, and paper products are provided as well. A neighborhood mini mart and restaurant are located nearby. Restaurant listings, site seeing information, Annapolis magazines, and maps of Baltimore, D.C., and Annapolis are provided for your best time ever! Your linens and towels are provided and general toiletries. Extra towels and 'back up' toiletries that you may have forgotten are also provided for your convenience.
