No Boats, or trailers per H.O.A The space Spanish Village is a grouping of twenty six free standing cottages and each have their own individual character. Nesstle in the heart of "Old Town"You can walk to the best eateries, bars, and nightlife. The beach is only about 3/4 mile away. Lovely landscaping and a large fenced back yard. NO boats, trailers and or jet skis due to H.O.A. regulations. Guest access You will have a fenced back yard, very private, where you can sun, bbq, read a book and just relax. Other things to note AirBnb is now collecting Texas state hotel tax (6%) for us when you reserve a property but I still have to collect Port Aransas city hotel tax (7%). I will be collecting this when guests arrive. Pet fees are normally $10 per pet per night and I will also collect those on arrival.
