Our three Guest Bedrooms are uniquely appointed for your restful enjoyment. Guest Bedroom, King # 1 is located upstairs. One other Guest Bedrooms [Queen #2] is also listed on this website but the Queen #3 downstairs is not currently available due to Covid-19. We love getting to know new people from all walks of life and corners of the world! We respect your privacy and are happy to let you come and go as you please but ask that you follow all quiet hours and carefully read the House Manual. The space We are looking for a long term renter up to one year. The minimum we will accept is for 31 days. The bedroom and full bathroom are available for your exclusive use and there is an additional bedroom set up as a sitting room that may be used and rented as an office if you need to work from home for an additional $300 per month. You will also have access to the kitchen to cook and eat meals with limited but ample space in the pantry and refrigerator. You may wash and dry clothes for $4 per load. IF YOU PREFER, YOU MAY CHOOSE TO RENT OUR QUEEN #1 BEDROOM ACROSS THE HALL INSTEAD FOR ~$5 LESS PER NIGHT. It is slightly larger, has two closets and a private entrance to the bathroom.
