The space Green Grove is special because of its: - Convenient location - Location amidst greenery - Luscious Lawn - Modern decor We care for your absolute comfort! To that effect, we provide: - Inverter, AC, indoor games - Wardrobe, hangers, torch - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Bonfire - Secured parking space for up to 3 cars This is not a wheelchair friendly property, nor a pet-friendly property. The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 2 bedrooms - both on the ground floor. - ACs are offered in both rooms. - Both rooms have king-sized beds. BATHROOMS - There are 2 bathrooms in the villa - one attached, one common - Both bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - There is a well-ventilated living room on the ground floor. It does not have an AC. - It provides comfortable seating for up to 8 people. - There is a separate dining area that offers seating for up to 6 people. - There is an expansive 600 sq. ft lawn equipped with seating for up to 6 people. - There is a portable badminton kit at the property that guests may use and have an amazing time with their loved ones. KITCHEN - Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking. - It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier and a mixer-grinder. - Crockery and cutlery are available. FOOD - All meals can be provided at the in-house restaurant on an a la carte basis. - Guests can also order in from nearby grape county or take away from there. The caretaker can pick up food orders at additional cost. However, he cannot run errands outside post evening time. - Non-veg food consumption is allowed. -Guests do not have access to the kitchen for elaborate cooking. They can make tea, coffee, instant noodles, and simple food for infants. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can enjoy indoor games like cards and ludo. Guests can take a peaceful walk in the lawn and embrace its beauty. They can also request for a bonfire to be lit up. ADDITIONAL COSTS - Bonfire can be availed at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per use. - The caretaker can get food from nearby restaurants at a nominal additional charge. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS - Owing to the monsoon season, there may be water seepage in the villas. While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - The property is a part of a gated community. - This property cannot be booked by the local residents of Nashik. - The last 1 km. leading up to the villa may not be concrete and has potholes owing to the unfavourable weather conditions. - In case of a power outage, the inverter can support lights and fans for up to 3 hours. It does not support ACs and other heavy appliances. - The living room is not equipped with an AC. - Wifi or Dongle are not available. Guests are requested to rely on their mobile internet connection. - Cellular networks such as Jio work fairly well. - Given the increased need for sanitization and deep cleaning required before every stay, we are unable to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs for the safety of the guests and staff members. - Kindly keep all windows and doors shut throughout the day, especially during monsoons, given the presence of insects around. - Owing to the monsoon season, there may be water seepage in the villas. - Please note that hookah/sheesha is not permitted on the premises due to local regulations.
