You'll enjoy your stay because of the quiet neighborhood, friendly "staff," amenities, & privacy. We're respectful. We're not uptight, demanding, or nit-picky. 37+years of marriage has blessed us with six kids & a high coolocity rating. Be safe. Smile often. The space You will have private access to the upstairs bedrooms. Bedroom East has one queen and three twin beds. Bedroom West has two queen beds. One floor and two air mattresses are also available. A full bath on the same floor will also be exclusively yours. No hidden cleaning fees! No additional extra person bs charges! What you see is what you pay. AirBnB adds a "Guest Fee" not us. Your party may enjoy the entire driveway for parking (fits four vehicles), if nec. Shuttle service to local bars, Purdue campus, et. al. is usually available for a minimal fee. - We’ve been hosting for awhile, and we enjoy the experience. This is our home and it takes considerable effort to make it BnB-ready. - Thus, our cancel setting is strict. If u book, and must cancel after the 48hr deadline and your booking is greater than a week away, please contact us b4 u cancel on the site or you will automatically pay for one nite. Perhaps we can help! Frankly, we believe financial greed is not a good look when you arrive at the pearly gates. Our personal lives are busy, a booking alters our lives. Our feedback speaks volumes. Your party will have shared access to kitchen, dining room, living room, and enjoy off street parking and service with a smile. Your shared spaces will be shared with us and whichever child(ren) happen to be home residing in the basement. Two nannies and two college students are the current pool of basement dwellers. Could be four, usually it's a rando one or none. The Second Floor is all yours-complete privacy. We don't gripe about noise or the hours you keep. IT'S UR VACA!
