Perfect for a jog, or just read, and watch the deer and birds. The space You can bring an additional guest for an additional $20 per night. A place for relaxation with a backyard that could take your breath away. If you are an indoor person there is a lot to be entertained. Shoot some pool, play caroms, or just watch cable TV on a large screen TV. To enter the property, walk up the driveway and bear left on a stone pathway (approximated 25 to 30 feet) to gain access to the fence gate. Proceed down to the private entrance. DO NOT ACCESS FROM THE NEIGHBORS DRIVEWAY. Guest access There is a paved pathway that goes around the side of our house to the basement apartment. It is well lit with sensor lights, however, it DOES NOT have a railing to hold on to for support. Please be very careful when using this path. Guest have access to a beautiful kitchenette, pool/billiards room, large open game room and sitting area to kick back and watch TV. Other things to note You are welcome to bring one additional guest at an additional $20 per night. No more than 2 guests can use this Airbnb apartment at a time. According to our home rules, if a guest who plans to visit with you but stays after 9 pm, it will be considered as a 2-guest charge for that night. No pets and No smoking or vaping on premises.
