Easy access to 44 and 64/40 for quick travel to all StL The space This is a private room in a shared house. Three private bedrooms on the second floor and one on the first. There is one full bathroom on each floor. The bathrooms, kitchen, t.v. room and front room are all shared spaces. The house is located on a main street, there is no stopping or parking on the street, please come down the alley to the back of the house where there is plenty of free parking- 1 spot per room. If you come to the front door, please come around to the back door, via the sidewalk on the left side of the house, for entrance and exit. If you smoke, please do it on either the front porch or beyond the fence. There is absolutely no smoking in the house and absolutely no food in the bedrooms.
