Guest access Our Desert Luxury Concierge service will contact you the week before your stay to arrange for check-in. Steve will meet you at the house and go over all the details of the house and surrounding area. He's there to help - so ask any questions you have! If you cannot arrange a convenient time to meet up, he will instruct you how to gain access to the house on your own, and circle back with you at a later time. If you haven't heard from Steve within 3 days of your arrival, be sure to drop me a message here as something is likely amiss. Other things to note *SPECIAL NOTE: Please review the house rules detailed below. Of primary importance is your understanding that the city's occupancy tax (of 12.5%) is added to your reservation charge by Airbnb before completing your booking. Any additional pool and spa heating fees are by request and billed separately prior to arrival. Please contact me for estimates or specifics prior to booking if you have questions. ALSO: We know that stuff happens (breaks, spills etc.). But, if they happen right away and you feel you are not to blame, you MUST contact our concierge service or myself through Airbnb when it happens. If you wait until after you check out or let our cleaning crew/concierge discover it, we have no choice but to assume it took place during your stay and will need to charge the repair/cleaning to your security deposit.
