Unique getaway in the Catskills

Our beautiful old 4 bedroom home and it's exquisite landscaping is set on 3 acres just 5 minutes from the friendly village of Saugerties and 20 minutes from woodstock. 23 miles to Hunter mountain ski 30 miles to Windam ski center The space We have owned this unique piece of the Catskills since 1994. When we started creating our own personal resort we took the things that we liked the most from our years of traveling and vacationing with our family's and friends over the years and brought them to our own back yard. This is a turn of the century home that has a long history of being a boarding house and a gathering place for many years. The house is a very relaxing space with a unique rustic charm. The property has a beautiful back yard with space to relax and play. A sand volleyball court, a pool, a 6 person hot tub, gas BBQ grill, and beautiful stone patios and multiple sitting areas including a fire pit with a swing. An outdoor cornhole set. Other things to note Our nightly rate is based upon 4 guests, with extra guests being an additional $40 person up to a max of 8 total. Any change in your reservation needs to be done before your arrival. Guests that do not follow our house rules, or bring extra guests without prior approval or bring children under the age of 12, or unapproved pets, will be asked to leave and your reservation will be cancelled with no refund! We have very clearly stated our house rules and expectations from our guests. Please do not book our property if you do not intend on respecting those.
