Folk Art Room - Inn at Occidental

Homage to creative simplicity, this room presents some of the Inn's finest folk art pieces. A set of play for hand-cast croquet wickets hang over the fireplace. Hand painted to resemble horse racing jockeys, the wickets seem in the midst of a match! Above the spa tub for two is an exceptional piece of early redwood art - a carving once used as a fishmonger's trade sign. This comfortable room is on the upper level of the courtyard building and offers views of the courtyard and forest across the highway. There are two flights of stairs to access room. The space Inn at Occidental, a Sonoma Wine Country bed and breakfast, is nestled amongst majestic redwoods in the charming village of Occidental, California. This Sonoma County inn is located nearby spectacular vineyards and orchards of Sonoma Wine Country, the stunning beaches and cliffs of the Sonoma Coast and the meandering Russian River. Guest access Guests are welcome to use all common areas, the breakfast room, expansive gardens and wrap-around porch. Other things to note We are a non-smoking property - rooms balcony and grounds.
