Charming Water front house Weeki Wachee

Charming 1941 river cottage with the feel of old Florida , but is updated with modern comforts. The neighborhood quiet and feels secluded, but is just 5 min from major grocery stores and restaurants. The house is located just outside of the Weeki Wachee River( a short 10 min Kayak or Canoe ride.) The front of the house has a large protected wooded area. We have see deer, wild boar, owls and wild turkeys. In the back we have seen otters, turtles, various fish, and of course manatees The space We have 3 Kayaks and 1 canoe available for free.Tandem kayak for 2 people and 2 single kayaks and the canoe can hold 2 people. Guest access Guess can use the dock and then kayaks. There's also a fire pit available and the wood can be taken from the woods right across the street. The kayak launch is share. Make sure to remove the kayak when you're done. Other things to note The place is located on a canal off of the Weeki wachee the river. It's about a 15 minute ride through the wilderness and then you arrive to the crystal clear Weeki wachee river. The kayak launch is shared.
