Welcome to Linden Hills! This home is situated in the Southwest neighborhood of Minneapolis, just blocks from Lake Harriet. It's an urban area, with a safe neighborhood feel. Walk into the heart of Linden Hills to dine at great restaurants, get coffee, bread, or ice cream, or to shop! You get the entire third floor - 1/3 of this house. Please note that while your space is separate from our family space, up a separate staircase, there is no locking door. The space Our space has a queen size Room & Board firm pull out couch. We can also add a pack and play, if needed. Great location for runners! A run around Lake Harriet is just under 4 miles. Add Lake Calhoun too, and you're at about 7 miles. Guest access Access public transportation (MTC Bus #6) easily to go downtown Minneapolis or to Edina. Other things to note We have a labradoodle dog and a cat. Registration Details Exempt
