A 3-bedroom rural retreat with resort style living

The space We were so impressed with KooralBnB we bought the property! A beautiful 3-bedroom cottage in a rural, resort-style setting we have added touches to ensure your stay is relaxing, comfortable, homely, and secluded. The kitchen and living areas are light and open, and the heart of the cottage. They provide communal space but with break out areas if you want to watch TV, sit and socialise, or choose a comfortable chair tucked in a corner to immerse yourself in a book. From the main entrance you can access the raised walkway which leads you to a covered outdoor dining area. BBQ, eat, drink and enjoy the sights and sounds of the panoramic view. A little further along the walkway brings you to the saltwater pool and its stepped entry overlooking the valley. Parking is available for up to two cars on the driveway outside the cottage. Additional parking needs can be considered via prior arrangement. To the rear of the property is a decked verandah with sun loungers, tables and chairs to simply soak up the sun or take in the view. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, walk in robe and separate study. The other two bedrooms each have queen-size beds and built in robes. There is a shared bathroom, with laundry facilities, and a separate toilet. The house is air-conditioned throughout with reverse-cycle systems ensuring KooralBnB is cool on the warmer days and warm on those fresher evenings of winter. The spa room has a luxuriously heated sunken spa, sauna, exercise facilities and its own shower and toilet. Towels are provided. Soak or steam away your aches and pains. Sit in the warm bubbles watching Netflix from the water, or the birds in the trees through the large windows. It’s a great way to unwind! Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the KooralBnB cottage, balcony and covered walkway BBQ area, with access to the surrounding bushland. Set on two and a half acres with a panoramic outlook over the Magician’s Lake, the property affords exquisite tranquility and privacy. Explore to the shores of the Lake, or simply relax and ponder the beauty and solitude. The pool, with its open outlook to the wooded valley and hills beyond, is along the walkway and next to the main house. We share it, although we rarely use it during the day. It's available during daylight hours from 8am until 6pm in the evening, which should be plenty of time to cool off, splash around or soak up some sun. Although the cottage can cater for 6 guests, if there's two of you requiring a single room you'll have access to the main bedroom only, and won't be sharing with anyone else. If there are two of you and you want the use of two rooms, you'll need to book for three people. Likewise if there are three or four of you staying and you'd like all three bedrooms, you'll need to book for five people. Don't worry if any of this seems complicated, we're here to answer any and all of your questions about your stay at KooralBnB. We want your experience to be stress-free. We live in the main house; far enough not to be intrusive, and close enough if you want to drop by for a chat. Other things to note The Kooralbyn Valley is teaming with wildlife, and you can regularly see the eagles soar or hear the occasional dingo in the distance. Spectacular green tree frogs, kangaroos and wallabies are regular visitors. The local pub, The Pavilion, or Pav, is within easy walking distance across the renowned 18-hole Copperhead Challenge Golf Course. Go for a stroll, eat some great food, and take advantage of the pub's complimentary transport for the ride back. The quaint village centre boasts essential amenities including a small supermarket, and Phlat Chat for some tasty takeaway food. Uniquely Kooralbyn also has its own airstrip if you feel like flying in for the weekend. You'll be on town water and septic tanks during your stay. I'm sure, like us, you'll appreciate being mindful of our precious resources and the environment. With two dogs of our own we know how much they are part of the family and how great it is when they can share your adventures. The cottage has a secure, fenced area and we are very happy to accommodate friendly, house-trained dogs via prior arrangement. We look forward to having you stay.
