(note! we have no TV, but fast fiber optic internet for your devices) We offer honeymoon and anniversary packages. We are about 10 minutes from most attractions in Chickasha incld fairgrounds.45 min from OKC and about an hour from Lawton and the Wichita mountains. You will have 3/4 mile of gravel road that is well worth the dust for the sunrise/view from our cottage on the hill. The Red Hills Cottage has a coffee and tea bar. We provide you with to go cups so you take your beverage with you. The front patio has comfy deck chairs perfect for watching the sunrise or enjoy the beautiful Oklahoma hills! Bedroom 1- This beautiful bedroom has a queen memory foam mattress, 2 night stands, luggage rack, and a place to hang clothes. A chest also has available space to store clothes. An ironing board and iron is available. Bedroom 2- This bedroom has a queen bed with a memory foam topper. 1 nightstand and dresser with hooks to hang your clothes. Bathroom- No tub but has a roomy walk in shower, vanity, toilet, shower gel, shampoo, towels, hairdryer, makeup remover cloths and full length mirror. Kitchenette- Beautiful hickory cabinets with concrete countertops. Coffee bar with Keurig coffee maker and coffee pods. Mini fridge stocked with bottled water. You can cook breakfast on the 2 burner cooktop or use the microwave to pop some popcorn or make some nachos. There are 8 place settings of dishes , glasses, and silverware. This kitchen is stocked with utensils, mixing bowls, cookware, cutting boards, knives, and common seasonings making preparing a meal fun and easy. The dining nook is small but perfect to enjoy a meal or coffee together. A custom made table from reclaimed boxcar lumber adds a touch of history from the past. This table seats 4. Come and go as you please. Although we are out in the country, there are many places to visit in the area. We are just 3/4 miles off of a main paved road 4 miles west of Chickasha. So close to town but yet you get the country vibes! We are only 35 minutes from the Norman/Moore area and 45 minutes from OKC. The Wichita Mountains are a fun place to hike and enjoy wildlife, and are about 1 hour from us. On the way to the Wichita Mountains you have to stop at Medicine Park (45 miles) Lots of shops and the best place to get ice cream! Lots of nice golf courses in the area! Just ask which ones are our favorites! Chickasha is only 4 miles away with grocery stores, shopping, a nice park, and the Chickasha Sports complex. The Festival of Lights is another attraction throughout the Holidays. So many food choices! Chickasha has several places that we would recommend for the food and the experience. Jake's Rib bbq restaurant serves delicious food in very large quantities. Another favorite is J & W grill. The best breakfast in town and also the best onion burger around! La Fiesta has delicious Mexican food, Flower shop and winery has the best pizza, and A & E Grill is another favorite. You will need to travel by car. No public transportation available. The owners house is adjacent to the cottage. You may see us out and about! We have 3 children and spend alot of time outside. We will respect your privacy!
