Cozy Mountain Retreat-The Great Family Escape

Gorgeous home with stunning views of the Arkansas River, all set in a small town setting. LED lighting throughout the house with a large kitchen area (shared). Only 10 minutes from I-40 and 20 minutes from Little Rock or Conway. Back deck available. If you're looking for quiet, nature, and a view to die for, you'll love us! The space Free parking in front of the house, please park in driveway in front of house. This house is a shared space with the Owners. The shared space includes Great Room, Outside areas, Butler's Pantry, Kitchen/Leisure Room. Guest do not have access to master suite and garage. House is armed with security system and 2 cameras for everyone's safety. Guest bath has no shower but a large tub is available for use (one at a time please). We provide the basics ( soap & shampoo products) but no personal hygiene products such as deodorants or hair care items. No laundry available but we can assist in an emergency! During your stay We give our guests space but are available when needed; some socializing.
