Shell House a 170 year old private estate that sits on three acres with 500 year old registered live oak trees. Located on the Gulf of Mexico there is a private beach just out your front door.. The property is walking distance to restaurants, fishing and sailing. We are also a short distance from 12 Casinos. The estate has a Pool House that sleeps 6 two in one room and four in the other room. A Bungalow that sleeps 4 two in one room and two in the other room. See Photos. The space The pool is just past your French Doors which faces the Gulf of Mexico. There is a Shoe Fly that has benches to sit up in a 500 year old live oak tree. There are two bath houses in the yard. Great use when returning from the beach. There are two registered croquet fields to play on. Guest access A private beach is just past your front door. Fully furnished kitchen seats 12 outdoor patio seats 12 and a full outdoor kitchen. Great room with couches and overstuffed chairs, large screen t.v. and musical instruments available. Two professional croquet fields. Other things to note Bikes, ping pong, croquet, bocce ball, horse shoes, darts, corn toss are provided.
