Welcome to Parkside Gardens! The “Daisy" is upstairs, in a 1905 Victorian located by Sheridan's Kendrick City Park. This private, Touchpad Keyless Entry, room includes a private bathroom, a mini fridge, microwave & coffee maker. Host supplies coffee, creamer and sugar. Just steps from walking path, tennis courts and the city pool, buffalo and elk pasture. We supply bicycles, pool towels, totes and Park toys. You may relax on the Patio within the Rose Garden. The space The Daisy is located on the second floor of this well secured building, with keyless pass-coded entry. Guest is welcome to use the BBQ and patio, just off the Rose Garden, the activities closet full of park toys and the bicycles. Minutes from shopping, groceries and restaurants. Guest access The guest parks and curbside on N. Badger St. The Airbnb is located on the corner of W. Loucks St. and N. Badger St. Laundry is located in the basement. Coin-op require two dollars in quarters per load. During your stay I will text your passcode the morning of your arrival to your airbnb contact phone #. Please let me know if you do not receive text. Communication: Please send me a text via cell. I check my text messages throughout the day. Other things to note There are three units located on this floor, two long term rental dwellings and the Airbnb “Daisy”, so we ask our short term guest to respect the privacy of our long term tenants. Please keep voices down in the stairwell as voices carry. Enter the building very quietly after 9:00 PM. During the summer months; Bikes, tennis rackets, towels, basketballs and other park equipment is available to our guests at no extra charge. Don’t miss the free concert in the park & food vendors every Tuesday night through the summer. Also enjoy the park ice cream stand’s yummy flavors, open daily. Make sure to shop Main Street, just seven blocks from “Parkside Gardens”. You may wish to start your day at Java Moon, a Wi-Fi café, for coffee and pastries. Sheridan’s main street is full of quaint little shops with Souvenirs, novelties and unique gifts. There are painting classes, hot yoga, spas, and the WYO Theater of performing arts and the Centennial theater (Tuesdays, $5.00 Yeah per ticket all day all seats)if you want to take in a movie. If you don’t mind a half an hour drive to Eatons ranch, you may want to make reservations for brunch or dinner. Also, during your stay, the walking path will take you to the Trail End Historic Mansion for a tour and some history about one of Sheridan’s first senator and cattleman, John B. Kendrick.
