Clean, comfortable 1 story house with two private master suites only steps away from the Prairie Trail, which connects to the Centennial Trail system. Less than 5 miles from Lake Coeur d'Alene and the Spokane River. There is a jogger stroller in the garage for guests to use if you want to explore the miles of walking trails in the neighborhood, or throughout COEUR d’Alene. The space The first master bedroom is over sized, and has 2 queen beds, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with a tile shower. The second master has one queen bed, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. We also have several items to make your stay in Coeur d'Alene more enjoyable like beach chairs, coolers, beach towels, a stroller, cornhole boards, and pickleball paddles and balls. These items are all available for no charge, and you can use them as you wish. Guest access The entire house including all of the amenities- the back yard is private, and includes 2 tables, cozy patio furniture, and a gas bbq.
