Clean, comfortable 1 story house with two private master suites only steps away from the Prairie Trail, which connects to the Centennial Trail system. Less than 5 miles from Lake Coeur d'Alene and the Spokane River. There is a jogger stroller in the garage for guests to use if you want to explore the miles of walking trails in the neighborhood, or throughout COEUR d’Alene. The first master bedroom is over sized, and has 2 queen beds, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with a tile shower. The second master has one queen bed, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The entire house including all of the amenities- the back yard is private, and includes 2 tables, cozy patio furniture, and a gas bbq. Enjoy a beautiful Coeur d’Alene sunset with a glass of local wine, or a local craft beer. We are available for you throughout your stay, but our level of interaction is completely up to you! We live extremely close to the house, so just let us know if you need anything! No request is too big or too small. Self check-in is available for you! There is a community-wide paved trail network with close (500 feet) easy access to the Prairie Trail, the Centennial Trail, the Kroc Center, local restaurants, stores, shops, Lake Coeur d'Alene, and countless parks & trails. We are relatively close to the Coeur d’Alene Rifle & Pistol Club, and while this is a convenience to most guests, there are occasionally gunshots that can be heard while outside.
