Shoals Creek Cottage

Come relax in our cottage on beautiful Shoals Creek. Enjoy your private cottage located on the same property as the owners home, but with plenty of space in between for privacy. Brightly decorated with a full bath, kitchen and bedroom. Plus two futons that make out into full size beds. There is also an outside shower for use when the weather permits. Great swimming and fishing off the pier. Just 12 miles from downtown Florence if you'd like to visit, or stay and totally relax on the lake. The space The cottage is located 5 miles from the nearest grocery store. I provide coffee (Keurig and regular coffee pot) and breakfast bars. Guest access You will have total access to everything in the cottage. It is a 24 x 24 separate structure on the property. The cottage sits right by the water, our main house is 300 feet behind the cottage. When guests are staying, we might launch our boat but leave the yard and pier area strictly for guest use. Other things to note There is a paved drive to the cottage, with a small sidewalk into the cottage. The parking area is not covered. The cottage has windows across the front and sides for viewing wildlife and whatever weather happens to be occurring during your visit. There is also a boat launch and pier you’re welcome to use if you’d like to bring a boat.
