The space The ranch has three different parts: one part is the main house with 5 bedrooms,14 beds, and 3 bathrooms, another part is a building on the property which consists of 4 bunk beds and the third part is the separate entertainment house where you can celebrate, have seminars, or have meetings. Other things to note The price is $700 per night for up to 10 people and $50 per additional person. Also, we charge the kids after 10 people, $35 per person under age 13years old. If you would like to use our bunk beds (at a separate building), we charge an extra $85 for an additional cleaning fee. Also, there will be an 8% of Santa Clara County T.O.T. (Transient Occupancy Tax) added to your total amount. It is not included in the Airbnb guest payout. It will send you a separate request to pay after the book.
