Internet (use your Netflix or Amazon), no cable-local channels. Only one car per booking in our driveway to park in the carport extra car with notification. Guest access Please park at the end of the driveway 2 ft from the gate or in the carport so I can open the gate to clean the pool. Only one car per booking but another one can come with prior notice. You have access to the pool, patio or front or backyard walk to the boardwalk after signing the pool/boardwalk waiver. You can enter the pool area from your own patio. Lift up the handle on the door to the pool, then turn the lock to open or unlock. Other things to note Must sign pool/boardwalk waiver to use the pool and boardwalk/wharf. WI-FI code in frames. No pets allowed or children under 12 or babies staying the night or visiting since we have a pool, boardwalk and wildlife. I have seen beavers, otters, white tailed deer, Egrets, beavers, snakes, and a new one- a bear (when I put up a bird feeder, but I bring it in each night and have not seen one since). No cable TV, but we do get regular local channels. You can use your Amazon or Netflix (sign in and don't forget to sign out) accounts since we have Internet. Have not seen any large fish to fish off of the wharf. For 7-30 day stays- I will provide enough toilet paper- 3 rolls per week, 2 paper towel rolls for a month, 1 coffee per person a day plus a few more and creamer plus a breakfast bars and/or oatmeal packet per person plus creamer and sugar and shampoo, conditioner and soap. After that you need to supply (longer stays you need to supply your own supplies). Quiet hours after 11pm. No smoking or vaping, or incense. If we smell smoke you will be asked to leave.
