The space -The studio is well appointed with everything you may need for a relaxing vacation, queen bed, and full sofa bed, bathroom, pool & hot tub, gym, and restaurants nearby, the space leave the worries of daily life behind with an exciting trip to Florida's Gulf Coast. Other things to note -- RULES: the primary guest must be 21 and present in order to reserve. - You must wear your wristbands all the time. - COMPLIANCE WITH RULES: If you are evicted from the unit which you are renting for failure to abide by these rules or any other reason, you will not be entitled to a refund of the deposit, rental fees, resort fees,cleaning fees and taxes paid in advance. You will also be responsible for damage to the unit or condominium property caused by you or your guest.
