Comfy home in safe, quiet neighborhood near hospitals & I-70. The floors creek and the subtle nighttime distant train blows add to nostalgia. Other guests may be booked in other bedrooms. This listing is for 1 bedroom & if needed, a very comfy sleeper sofa located in the living room. The 3 rented bedrooms are upstairs with shared bath. The space My home is peaceful and people feel comfortable here. The beds and bedding are very high quality. The internet is highest speed. Mini refrigerators in bedrooms. Youtube tv/smart TVs in bedrooms. Locks on all bedroom doors. I rent 3 bedrooms on 3 separate listings, located upstairs with a shared bath. Home is professionally cleaned weekly and we pay a living wage. Reed diffusers scent rooms but if you are sensitive, let me know in advance and I will remove them during your stay. Tankless hot water system with water softener. You will feel great after a nice, long shower. If you have never showered with softened water, you will notice a different feel while showering and your hair and skin will be extra soft afterwards. If wanting to do laundry, that must be coordinated in advance as it is located in my bedroom. Also, since this is my home and I have other guests, we need to coordinate kitchen use if you plan to prepare dinner. During your stay Upon your arrival, I will show you around then probably stay to the back of the house unless you indicate you want some company. Other things to note I do not accept children under the age of 12 due to other guests booked on other rooms. I also have a very energetic, loving Golden Retriever named Jake. He will be put in another room when you arrive, unless you ask to interact with him and you need to brace yourself for lots of love. We have a comfortable front porch and a fenced back yard for your pet’s use if you travel with a furry friend, but offer indoor living provided the animal is housebroken, is not a barker, and is not aggressive. Please let your pet relieve themselves across the street or in the back yard. I work hard to keep my front lawn looking nice.
