This private 400 Sq ft suite has a treadmill & full size refrigerator & a queen bed, a queen mattress, a sofa bed. This corner town home has plenty of open space and parking. There is also access to a big open deck which guests are free to use. Note: For long term stay please submit interest. I will do my best to open up the dates. There will be little on/off sound of HVAC unit from utility room. Additional cleaning fee for separate bed for 2 people. The space Newly renovated hardwood flooring in entire home. It provides safe and secure stay to guest compare to hotel and other properties. This room has common washer/dryer host will be using it during weekend with permission of guest. Very nice, quiet neighborhood. A family friendly place. You will be amazed by hospitality. This is the family home so some days kids may be in the house using common area. The room has sliding door without lock. The room has 1 queen bed. Additional mattress and sofa bed can be arranged for more than two people. Guest access The guests are welcomed to access the kitchen (except cooking) and other common areas. Guest have to clean kitchen area after using it. The room rate only includes bed and bath only. Please send your request for long term stay and if you are intend to use kitchen for cooking. 1 load/week laundry is free for 7 days and longer stay. $10/load fee will be charged for short term stay. During your stay I would be happy socialize with the guest during their stay. Other things to note The cleaning fee is weekly. If you stay more than a week cleaning fee will be applied each week. The queen bed is for two people. Please note of sliding door without locks. Additional mattress or sofa bed will be provided for more than 2 people at $20/person. 1 load/week laundry is free for 7 days and longer stay. $10/load fee will be charged for short term stay. This is family friend home and neighborhood. Heavy drinking in side home, or coming after consuming excessive alcohol, smoking or drug is Strickley prohibited. There will $150 smoking or weeds cleaning fee applied if you leave house with smell. This fee will be applied even it's used outside but come home with smoking odor.
