Second bedroom has two twin beds with bathroom just outside bedroom. NOTE: Rental application required per condo association The space This is beautifully landscaped condo with brick paving throughout the property. It is a 1084 sq foot end unit that will meet your family's need for a cozy quiet Marco Island vacation. Located on the 3rd floor of a 5 story building, it has an elevator or stairs for use to enter from the back of the condo. Pool /hot tub/tennis court to enjoy. One parking spot directly below unit. Newly updated kitchen and bathroom. Private screened in lanai that opens to the living room and master bedroom. Newly updated kitchen has most appliances. Three flat screen TV's with free wi-fi. One in each bedroom and living room. Beach cart provided in unit. All you need for a totally relaxing vacation. Minimum 6 nights required to book and rental application will be sent upon booking to mail directly to association . Guest access Keypad entry with code given a few days prior to arrival. Other things to note -All guests staying in condo must be registered with airbnb . -A rental application is emailed after agreement to stay along with general condo association rules. Must be completed and emailed back within 24 hours so I can forward to the condo association along with the fee. It is required 10 days prior to stay. The fee is 75$ as states on application. -Not responsible for missing or articles left behind !! You must triple check the unit upon leaving all your items are accounted for when you check-out. -Occasionally ,but not often , I will get notification from the condo management they have to enter the unit for various reasons to care for the building . In this case, as soon as I get word I will notify the guest through airbnb messaging . They usually give advance notice on these situations such as dryer cleaning or some maintenance issues etc .
