Queen-size bed w/8" quality memory-foam mattress. 6min walk to cta Blue Line for a 25min ride to downtown Chicago. 15min to UIC, the Illinois Medical district, Rush Hospital and Jesse Brown VA. 6min drive to Loyola University, John J. Madden Center, Hines VA Hospital, and forest hiking trails. 4 blocks to Park District outdoor waterpark & tennis courts. 3 blocks to supermarkets, breakfast & dining. CAT LOVERS & NON-SMOKERS ONLY. Guest access Kitchen, living room, bathrooms, den, laundry room and backyard are shared areas. During your stay I’m available to guests as i live on the property, and when i’m out i’m available by phone, text or email. For guests with special diets like kosher/halal meats and international foods, i provide trips to the Mediterranean Market every month. And i go to Whole Foods every week, so guest(s) can conveniently hop in the car with me then.
