Bright room facing to south with huge window. •Huge closet, night stand, air conditioner, central heating, hardwood floors. • Shared living room, bathroom and kitchen. • Shampoo, conditioner, body soap and clean towels are provided to each guest. Guest access • Each guest will have access code to open the front door. If we are not home, you can use the code to enter the house. • Guests will have FREE access to use washer/dryer. • Guests can have full access to common usage areas such as kitchen and living room. • Kitchen features modern appliances. Oven, gas range and hood, french door refrigerator, coffee station, kettle, toaster, microwave and blender. Utensils, wine glasses, mugs are available for guests to use. • Cooking oil, spices, tea bags, ground coffee are provided by host. • Dining table in the living room with 6x chairs. • Free Unlimited High Speed Wi-Fi (300 Mbps) and Roku, Netflix, Time Warner Cable TV and many more. • Iron and iron table are available upon request. During your stay I am usually at home during the evenings and nights. I live in the same house. I have video door bell system that will allow you to contact me anytime even though I am not home at the moment. Other things to note FREE parking in our backyard with limited availability. Please inquire it when you make a reservation. I will send you the instructions. •I gladly accept early arrivals and late departs. If you arrive early, you can spend time in our living room until your room is ready. If you depart late, we can also keep your luggage and bags while you enjoy the city more and pick up later.
