It is located right on Main Street where you can sit on the front porch to people watch and listen to local musicians perform at the restaurant or coffee shop across the street. We live 5 minutes away from this property. We are located on the main street in old town Lafayette, CO. We are across the street from a coffee shop. Several restaurants, rec center, ice cream shop, and kids water play fountain, are within a few blocks of the property. On summer nights the local restaurants often have live acoustic musicians performing in their outdoor seating areas. Being in the center of old town, it is a short walk to get to anywhere. We are also directly across the street from a bus stop serving the Boulder and Denver area. My husband Pete and I have lived in Lafayette for many years. My husband grew up on the East Coast and I am originally from North Dakota. We met and married in Colorado in 1993. We love the Boulder county area and the people in this community. Our family enjoys hiking, biking, snow skiing, riding horses and most any outdoor activity. My dream was to provide a cozy lodging place for guests and especially the families of locals to stay while visiting. We live just minutes away, and are always available to answer any questions you might have about the area or to help with anything you might need.
