Ground-level is the garage and entryway, mid-level is the kitchen, living area and 1/2 bath, and top-level is the en-suite bedrooms and laundry. There is no concern for flooding in this particular community but the river has been very full. Please be very careful if you are at the river's edge or on the walking paths. The water is freezing and dangerous.
