This home is oceanside and 1.5 blocks from the beach, and sleeps up to 5 guests. Welcome to our home! Our family has owned a house in Bethany Beach for almost 3 generations! Connect with us on Instagram! @itsalljustforfunbethanybeach or #itsalljustforfunbethanybeach The space Located Oceanside of Coastal Highway, this house is 1.5 blocks from the beach, this townhome sleeps up to 5 people with an easy walk into the town of Bethany. The main floor has brand new kitchen with all supplies, dining area, living room with X inch TV, sound bar, and Roku (guests may log into their own Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, Disney+ Accounts), powder room, and patio with a gas grill. Use the spiral staircase to access the second floor with two bedrooms and a bath, washer and dryer, and a deck off the master bedroom. The community is quiet and beautifully landscaped. The pool is open Memorial Day to Labor Day from 10:00am to 8:00pm (no lifeguard on duty.) Two parking spaces are located directly in front of the house. SUMMER 2020 UPDATE — the pool is OPEN! Due to Coronavirus, tenants must provide their own chairs. (Beach chairs are permitted.) All belongings must be removed when you leave the pool. Guest access Two bedroom home that sleeps up to 5 guests. The kitchen was renovated in 2017 and appliances are all new within the last 5 years. The living room has a tv with surround sound, a Roku (guests may log into their own Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, Disney+ Accounts. Guests are responsible for logging out of their accounts before departure) and a DVD player. A patio sits off the living room with a gas grill and overlooks the community pool. Upstairs is a Master bedroom with a Queen size bed and a porch off the bedroom. It’s shaded in the morning - it’s a great reading and coffee spot! A wall-mounted TV has a Roku. (Guests are responsible for logging out of their accounts before departure.) A sink vanity and closet are in the room which connects to a bathroom with a shower and tub. The second bedroom has 3 beds (2 singles and 1 daybed) with new furniture, a sink, and a closet. Both bedrooms have room darkening curtains. Also upstairs is a full washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, board games. The community pool is open from Labor Day to Memorial Day from 10:00am to 8:00pm. Guests must provide their own linens (sheets, towels, and beach towels) as well as their own paper products (paper towels and toilet paper.) Other things to note TENANT INFORMATION - Tenants must be over the age of 25 AND BE STAYING IN THE HOME during the entire rental period - The home is only rented to families - Rentals in April, May, September, and October Rentals are a 2 night minimum - Rentals in June, July and August Rentals are a 7 day minimum (Saturday to Saturday) - Check out for all rentals is by 10:00am EST and check in is 4:00pm EST - Email me if you have a special request and we can see if it can be accommodated WHAT TO BRING - Linens - sheets, towels, and beach towels, etc. - Towels and Washcloths - pool/beach towels, bath towels, wash cloths - Paper products - paper towels and toilet paper, etc. - Soap - dish soap, hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent - Toys - beach/pool toys PETS - Pets - including service animals - are not permitted - Tenants found in violation will be fined $150.00 AND the security deposit will not be returned KEYS - Each renter will be provided with the keypad code for the duration of the stay - The fine for lost keys is $300.00 MISC. - An 8 cup coffee maker and a Keurig maker is available
