Just ask and schedule! *For longer (more than 7 nights) stays, guests may book with scheduled use of the large gourmet kitchen in the "artists studio space" adjacent, for an additional fee, to include W/D, and large appliances in fully equipped kitchen. It's just a step out entry door for your own cozy courtyard setting, reclining in the sun or shade with one of the lounge chairs poolside, or booking a hot tub experience w/roaring fire set up for you w/ packages! -The 1.3 acres of grounds added to the privacy & seclusion, yet your host is available to answer any questions with just a text! We enjoy providing flowers in every room, and towels are plush, linens high thread count, complimentary welcome beverages, coffees/teas, complimentary robes and slippers for usage during your stay, luxury toiletries and a comfy chair to curl up in with a good book. Guest access Directions and access to the property are sent post booking, but there is plenty of designated parking on the property for up to 6 cars, and we are located just 7 miles from downtown Austin with a straight shoot out BeeCaves road (2244). A lovely drive down winding country road canopied by live oaks, native trees, to your destination. Since the accommodations are TreeTop-we are on a hill, and there are stairs, so not ideal perhaps for accessibility with wheelchairs or those that might be physically challenged w/ stairs. Guests are invited to enjoy the expansive porches of the main house where they will find porch swings, chairs, dining, and lovely views of grounds! Ceiling fans on porches and with new covered pergola make it especially inviting in hotter months! Plenty of loungers, chairs for parties w/pool/hot tub areas. Questions? Just ask! We enjoy making it possible for our guests to TOTALLY RELAX and ENJOY! For access to the river with our private easement, we will coordinate with you to "shuttle" you down the first time to show boundaries and location-just a short walk and it has a pedestrian gate. Again, don't forget to bring your beach towels for the river! We don't allow room or pool towels at the river and request that guests hang all river towels outside and shower off all sand w/ our outdoor shower prior to entering their accommodation. Note: We are unable to host pets of any kind with the Poolside Suite due to health reasons with onsite old kitty that has nervous conditions. We are just up from the Colorado River, and there are multiple access possibilities, so it really is an ideal location! Day trips to Hill Country destinations such as hiking, swimming, wineries, distilleries, breweries, restaurants, antiquing, biking, and all sorts of boating are easy! And there's the easy access to golf and tennis with booking ahead at a resort just a short drive away! We don't generally allow pets in the private Suite, (due to our old kitty that can’t tolerate for health reasons) but will consider if quite very small "lap dogs" if well behaved, clean, nails trimmed and filed, flea/tick prevention up to date, and kept off bedding/furniture, absolutely no puppies, must be house trained, with details disclosed and individual acceptance-flat rate fee of $150. for 2nights or $250 for up to 3-4 nights applies based on length of stay. So be sure to disclose or may forfeit deposit/stay- nonrefundable and undisclosed unpaid for guests or pets of any age or kind will incur penalties at $150 ea/night and will be asked to leave if not paid immediately!
