Ferienhaus Ostwind in Boden

You’ll find a historic captain’s house with 200 square meters of living space and a garden spanning over 5,000 square meters with two ponds (the ponds are not fenced in; in the summer, they often contain little to no water). There are two separate staircases between the floors, one of which is an original ship’s staircase. Ideal for two families (up to two dogs are also allowed)—you’ll rarely find this much space—we promise! Private sauna house in the garden: infusion sauna and relaxation room, including an outdoor shower. The garden features a large terrace and a covered barbecue pavilion. With approximately 450 rental properties in our portfolio, we can definitely say: this is our property with the largest living and garden area and is an absolute rarity. If you’re looking for something truly special, this property is definitely the right choice. Internet and Wi-Fi are, of course, available! Several parking spaces are available on the property. 3 bedrooms on the upper floor: 1 x double bed 180x200, 1 x double bed 160x200, 1 single bed 140x200, all with full-length mattresses. Both bathrooms are located on the first floor; a guest toilet is en suite with the double room. Note: The ceiling height in the property is 1.90 meters at its lowest points. Linen sets (bed linens and towels) can be booked as an optional extra for a fee. Fireworks are prohibited due to the thatched roof!
