Parking for RVs (no hook ups), horse trailers, etc. Campfires, pool, hot tub! Full access to shared kitchen, laundry and restrooms. Well behaved pets (dogs) are welcome, and barn stalls, pens and turnouts available for horse travelers. Hiking, horse trails, fishing, all nearby. Tahoe less than an hour away! The space With your booking, two private bedrooms and a full bathroom are available to you, they are on the second floor. Up to six overnight guests are allowed. For groups of four or more, a minimum two night stay is preferred. Dogs, cats and the ranch owner (Host) live in the ranch house as well. Well behaved dogs are welcome to accompany guests (please no cats), but please let me know they are coming. Guest access Guests have two bedrooms available with booking. Both rooms are up one flight of stairs. The Zebra Room accommodates up to 4 people, with one queen bed, and one full size bed. The Elephant Room accommodates 2 people, with one queen bed. There is a guest bathroom in between the bedrooms. The rest of the house and grounds is shared space with the owner (host). During your stay RV parking is $20 per night, per vehicle. Horse trailers are free, but $20 per horse, per night, includes access to water and any empty pens. Other things to note All guests must be ok with pets. Cats and Dogs live in the house. The ranch grounds also has Horses, Chickens, Ducks and Turkeys as pets. There are usually farm fresh eggs available to guests at no extra cost.
