Cozy room near the Commercial Drive

Our welcoming home, hidden behind towering trees, is a few blocks away from the lively Commercial Drive and 15 minutes on foot from the Commercial-Broadway Skytrain. You will have access to a private entrance, a two-person bedroom and a shared bathroom. We also provide free laundry for bookings of three days or more. The space ~~~GENERAL SPACE~~~ After a small gate in a mid of big bush, commotion from the outside world seems trivial. You can relax and enjoy a cup of coffee on a bench underneath high trees. ~~~THE FOYER~~~ To access your room, use the front entrance of our house and go up the stairs. We don't have a kitchen but in the foyer you can find a microwave, a mini fridge, a toaster, an electronic kettle and tableware for your convenience. We also have complimentary sweets, tea or coffee for you to enjoy. Don't worry about cleaning the dishes, we will take care of that for you. ~~~ BEDROOM~~~ Your private room is comfortable, clean and cozy. It is furnished with a queen bed, a walk-in closet, cable TV, wifi, clean towels, and a fan/heater depending on the season. We also have a smoke detector, and a fire extinguisher. Guest access We have a private entrance for you to access your room. However, we will occasionally use the entrance area to access the dryer or for cleaning. You are welcome to spend time in our garden and enjoy the weather in our front yard. During your stay We are willing to support you with necessary and useful information to make your stay a great experience. Other things to note NO SMOKING. Smoking of any kind (cigarettes, weed, vapes etc.) subject to a penalty of 200 CAD. ALLERGY ALERTS: We have a cat in our property. We also use Febreeze inside our rooms. Laundry is free only for bookings of 3 days or more. A full bathroom is shared with one person from the host's family Due to security reasons, we have cameras in our front yard and backyard.
