This 3 story, 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath house is ideal for the whole gang. The two bedrooms upstairs each have a queen bed. One of the bedrooms in the lower level has two sets of bunk beds; the other room has two twins. There is also a futon and a pullout couch, bringing the total occupancy up to twelve guests. Separate living room and den areas offer lots of room to spread out and relax. This home provides WiFi & Roku (there is only 1 Smart TV in the home and that is located in the living room). Enjoy the ping-pong table as well. Outdoors there is a fire pit with plenty of seating for fun summertime s`more-making. Bask in the sun year-round in the sunroom that runs the whole length of the house, letting in all the natural light and heat. Guests have access to their private home. There’s no end to the outdoor activities you can enjoy here, from mild scenic hikes to ultra-athletic pursuits, and we’re not limited by season. Head out on a fall colors bike ride, ski or snowshoe, go fly fishing, or climb the fourteeners! And as for the great indoors, we have plenty of restaurants, shops and historical attractions.
