The space Our 1307 sq. ft., second floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa is fully furnished with superior finishes throughout including granite counter tops, high end appliances, large soaking tubs & separate showers, high ceilings w/ 8 foot interior doors, custom wooden shutters, and two gas fireplaces. Accommodations include a private "lock-out" king suite with en suite bath, wet-bar (w/mini-frig and coffee maker), fireplace and private balcony, and a one king bedroom villa with patio, full bath, laundry, living and dining area and full kitchen. Both villa rooms have a TV and DVD, phone, safe in closet, iron and ironing board, extra blankets and pillows. Kitchen is fully provisioned with pots and pans, utensils, microwave, toaster and blender. Villa rentals include free wireless internet and cable TV w/HBO & Showtime. Guest access Villa, clubhouse, gym, Legacy Grille, 14 pools and spa's. Other things to note Guests are required to sign and accept our standard vacation rental agreement prior to arrival.
