This is a hybrid setup that features 6 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms from 2 separate apartments in the same building. This was created to meet the demand of larger parties wanting to stick together for a very affordable price. The property is walking distance to the Broad Street subway that takes minutes to get to Center City, the heart of Philadelphia. Also walking distance to Temple University Hospital. Whether you are in town for work, attending a conference at the Convention center, looking for a place to get together with friends for a night out in Philly, visiting a patient at Temple Hospital, this apartment would be great for you. Best suited for a student/young adult demographic or groups traveling to Temple University. Please leave the keys behind when you lock up and are leaving. If you take the copy of the keys and I can't retrieve them, I will need to charge $45 to replace the apartment lock.
