Nestled in an aspen grove with a large back yard to relax or play in, this town home is perfect for a relaxing get away to recharge and reconnect with your family and friends. You can walk there in 10-15 minutes or hop on the shuttle that picks up just outside the door, literally less than 50 steps away! A brand new hot tub has been installed as well! The master bedroom has a new king memory foam bed. The downstairs guest room is set up with a new queen bed. The bunk room has a total of 4 twin beds (there's a fold out memory foam cot in the closet) This property can be rented with the one next door to create a great space for a large family reunion, wedding group or corporate retreat.
