The Sunshine Casita has an open spacious feel :-) The dining table is a perfect, comfortable place to set up a computer with plenty of room as a working desk! We are centrally located in Cathedral Canyon Cove area. Great location for visiting nurses! There is a minimum stay of 28 or 30 days. No smoking or pets are allowed. The Casita is immaculately clean and newly remodeled. The Sunshine Casita is a separate very private property! Your own entry, driveway, garden, patio and pool 💦 The space This is a completely furnished very quiet, private space just to the side of our home. You will have your own private entry, pool and driveway! Exactly like being a next door neighbor:-) Guest access The entry is a path from your private driveway to the Casita. There is a key pad to lock and unlock the door. This part of our property is your private space...there are fences enclosing it. You are welcome to park your car either in your driveway or inside the gates:-) Other things to note The rent includes all of the utilities. Weekly laundering of sheets and towels and cleaning. Hand laundry soap and drying rack for your clothes. Clothing drys quickly in the desert:-) Amenities that are included; Induction stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, Nespresso coffee maker, drip coffee carafe, tv for watching movies or podcasts, air conditioning, electric heat from the flaming logs in the fire stove, shampoos, lotion, hairdryer, toilet paper, makeup mirror and much more! The couch also folds down to a twin bed with a comfy mattress topper! Great if you’d like separate sleeping spaces😄 There is a pool right out your front door so we welcome swimmers only!
