Studio 1 is located on the ground floor of the Villa. This one-room studio apartment features a double bed, a satellite TV and a fully equipped kitchen. In the villa there are eight apartments. In 2020, the villa was completely renovated, the apartments were newly furnished and decorated. Our guests can enjoy relaxing in comfortable beds, excellent quality internet connection, use the kitchens equipped with all the necessary equipment, and families with children are offered all the necessary amenities for babies – cots, high chairs, etc. Of course, bathrooms come with towels, bathrobes and all the necessary toiletries for the guests’ convenience. The villa stands in a large and well-maintained plot with free parking, leisure and barbecue facilities. From the yard of the villa you can go directly to the path leading to the sea, and climbing the dune, which is located just forty meters from the villa, offers a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea. Huge sandy beach of Jūrmala and slowly deepening sea bottom will turn your rest into a real blessing. An opportunity to drink morning coffee while wading around the Baltic waves is definitely tempting. Right next to the Baltic Sea Dunes Apartments there is a popular-among-tourists Jomas street, which full of restaurants and cafes where you can enjoy great food. Guests of the villa can also choose active entertainment – Livu Aqua Park is 3 km away and Dzintaru Mežaparks is half a kilometer away! Guests who want to listen to music or visit another cultural event will not be disappointed as well – the legendary Dzintars Concert Hall is located just a hundred meters away. So, if you choose Jūrmala for your rest, you will hardly find a more comfortable place for it. The villa is located on a large and well-maintained plot of land with free parking, recreation areas, children play area, and barbecue facilities (please note, there is additional charge for using barbecue facilities). There is a direct access to the path leading to the sea from the courtyard of the villa, and, upon climbing a dune, which is located just forty meters away, a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea opens. Villa guests can use a coffee machine in the hall. Upon arrival the guests will find high quality food set for the breakfast in the apartment.
