The Evergreen House

Relax and feel at home on the first floor apartment (completely private) of my Chicago 2-Flat. This home away from home is well stocked with anything that you might need whether you are staying for 2 nights or 2 months. There are 3 televisions with Wifi and Netflix throughout the apartment. There is a nice backyard that you are welcome to use and street parking is free. Washer and Dryer available in the basement. The highways and bus are also nearby. The space I work in interior styling and have enjoyed decorating a comfortable and stylish space for my guests to relax in after exploring the city, attending conferences or whatever brings you to Chicago. The name of my Airbnb "Evergreen House" is quite obvious when you step into the backyard. I love Evergreens and I have planted them all around the property. I also grow many varieties of Evergreens from Seedlings and they are about 2 years old I transplant them to a larger area where they will live. Guest access The Airbnb is a private dwelling inside my 2-unit building. There are laundry machines in the basement that guests are allowed to use. You are also welcome to use the backyard up until 10pm. Other things to note Due to the Covid-19 pandemic I have altered my cleaning procedures to make sure to provide the cleanest space possible. I am disinfecting every surface and every item in the Airbnb. All bedding (linens, duvet inserts, pillow protective covers, pillow inserts and even the mattress pad) is removed and replaced with items that have been washed in hot water with bleach and detergent and dried on high heat. All throw pillow covers, inserts and throw blankets are also laundered on the highest temperatures after each stay. All dishes and utensils are washed in hot water with bleach water. All fabric furniture pieces are sprayed with an upholstery disinfectant. All door knobs, remotes, hangers, keys, light switches, cabinet pulls are all disinfected.
