The property is pet-free. The space “Feel at Home” The cozy and modern holiday home “Medemsonne” for up to 4 guests is located in a quiet cul-de-sac directly on the Medem River. Via the nearby footpath, the historic town center of Otterndorf—with its many shops, restaurants, and cafés—can be reached quickly and easily. The beach and leisure facilities are also just about 1.5 km away. The spacious ground-floor living area with a fireplace, dining corner, and comfortable sofa invites you to relax and unwind. All modern comforts are provided, including a Smart TV, stereo system, and Wi-Fi. The ground floor also features a separate fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable guest WC. An enclosed wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, where you will find two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, bathtub, and WC, as well as a sauna with 2 loungers or seating for up to 4 people. The south-facing master bedroom with a double bed offers a wonderful view of the Medem River. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds and a children’s bed. The south-facing terrace is directly accessible from the living area. Since 2023, the terrace has been fully covered with glass and fitted with glass doors for wind protection. This “garden room” provides a warm and cozy place to relax even during the transitional seasons in spring and autumn when the sun is shining. On hot summer days, adjustable shading is available. For active guests, a canoe (Canadian-style, suitable for up to 3 people) is provided. Access to the Medem River is through the southern garden, leading directly to the private jetty—an ideal spot to relax by the water. Your car can be parked in the private carport directly at the house. Energy costs are included.
