Fully renovated in 2018, it features new flooring, large sun-filled windows, and an eclectic blend of modern and traditional furnishings designed to help you feel refreshed and relaxed throughout your stay. ☼ Both bedrooms feature comfortable queen beds and generous closet space, providing plenty of room to store your luggage—whether you’re staying for a weekend or an extended visit. ☼ The living room offers a comfortable sofa and a Roku Smart TV, perfect for a relaxing movie night. The kitchen is well-organized and fully equipped for cooking, with complimentary snacks and K-Cup coffee stocked for your convenience. Feel free to check the cabinets and drawers—if there’s something you need that isn’t there, just let me know and I’ll be glad to provide it. The bathroom features a tub/shower combo and comes stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and a few extra toiletries in case you’ve forgotten anything. ☼ Traveling with little ones? Just let us know! We have high chairs, pack ’n plays, strollers, babysitter recommendations, and more available upon request. Please note that these items may not be in the unit by default and are provided based on availability when arranged in advance. ☼ Pets are welcome! Please review our pet policy, rules, and fees—and kindly remember to clean up after your pups to keep the space enjoyable for everyone. ☼ The yard is a shared space with other Airbnb units, which may also have pets. For everyone’s safety and comfort, pets must never be left unattended. ☼ These units do not include a washer and dryer; however, I’m happy to recommend an affordable laundry service with next-day turnaround and free pickup and delivery. There are also several convenient laundromats located nearby. Guest access ☼ Guests enjoy complete privacy with exclusive access to the entire apartment, featuring two bedrooms, one bathroom with a shower/tub, and a fully stocked kitchen—feel free to help yourselves to snacks and coffee. Relax in the comfortable living and dining areas, perfect for unwinding with a movie on the smart TV. ☼ The property consists of four units. Guests have exclusive access to their apartment and private bike locker, along with shared use of the parking area and backyard. ☼ The yard is a shared space with other Airbnb units, some of which may have pets. For everyone’s safety and comfort, pets must never be left unattended. ☼ Guests have exclusive access to their reserved apartment and do not have access to the other three Airbnb units. Even if you’re not bringing a pet, please be aware that other guests may have theirs with them. For everyone’s comfort and safety, pets must not be left unattended in shared areas. ☼ Pests are a natural part of life in Northwest Arkansas. We take great care to keep them out of the apartment, with quarterly interior and exterior treatments by a licensed professional exterminator. Please note that Arkansas is home to many native insects, including ants—especially following heavy rainfall—flies, mosquitoes, and others. ☼ Many visitors come to our area for mountain biking, so we provide private bike lockers for your convenience. Please note that the bikes shown in the photos are our bikes, provided for scale only and not included with the rental. If you’re interested in renting a bike, we’re happy to recommend local options. ☼ Pet Fee: Our apartment is pet-friendly, and a pet fee applies. This fee is added separately as an alteration and is not included in the initial reservation cost. Kindly inform us in advance if you’ll be bringing any pets. Thank you! ☼ A secure bike locker with a padlock is provided for your convenience; however, the host is not responsible for personal items stored on the premises. ☼ Each unit features Roku Smart TVs with a wide selection of free streaming channels.
