Cozy Beach Town Home -Bike to Beach!

Modern townhouse close to downtown Huntington Beach! Get ready to ride your bike (or ours) to Main Street and the beach, for an abundant selection of shops, restaurants, and miles of white sandy beaches. You’ll have full access to the kitchen, a shared bathroom, the living room with Apple TV, and two sunny patios. We prefer solo adventurers, business travelers and college students who are looking to stay for a while, while we are traveling ourselves. The space Our home is very open with sliding glass doors in each end of the house leading to the two patios. The interior has cement floors, which help keep the house cool and gives a feeling of a blend between the inside and outside space. We bought the home as a fixer upper and have slowly been renovating it on our own, with the goal of making it as open and bright as possible. We hope you'll love the bright open space as much as we do. The room is our daughters bedroom, freshly painted in her choice of teal. It is towards the back of the house, by the dining area, close to the entrance from the back patio. It has a big window with lots of daylight and a nighttime view of the moon. The room contains a twin bed that folds out to a king size if you wish. Half the closet is cleared for our guests, and in addition there are some empty shelves and a clothing rack for your use. The bathroom is also newly painted, it features a nice counter and big mirror, toilet, and shower-in-tub. The bathroom is sometimes shared with one other guest, as we have two room we rent out. Guest access Guests have access to the bathroom located by the kitchen, along with the big open living area, kitchen, and dining area. There are also two patios available for your use. There are laundry facilities in the garage. Please coordinate with us if you need to store anything in the garage. During your stay We are happy to interact as much as you find needed.
